Residential Builder of the Year
Ramsey Construction was established in 1975. He started by building his own home and from there decided to make building his profession. David has built many beautiful homes and done remodeling throughout Hopkins and the surrounding counties including Lyon County where he has built several lake houses. In 1999 he expanded his business to include excavation and dirt work and in 2000 he branched out into septic tank and field bed installation.
David is a registered builder with the Hopkins County Home Builders Association where he has been a member for 19 years and has served as their president for last three years. David has received the Homebuilder of the Year Award in 2008, 2009 and 2011.
David lives in Madisonville with Linda, his wife of 38 years; they have a daughter, Davlina and a 9 year old grandson, Isaac. Other than construction, David is actively involved in his church, spending time with his grandson and working on his farm.
